No appointment, during our opening hours. Bring your ID card or passport. For many pieces, a short call beforehand helps.

Test and weigh
We determine the fineness and weigh your pieces in front of you.

Understand the price
We tell you the price and show you the calculation: today's price times fine weight.

Decide
Take your time. If you say yes, you receive a purchase receipt and your money. If you say no, you take your pieces home.
Frequently asked questions about selling gold
Do I need an appointment?
No. Drop in during our opening hours. For many pieces, a call beforehand helps us set aside enough time.
What do I need to bring?
Your ID card or passport – Spanish law requires it when precious metal is bought. And of course the pieces. Boxes and papers help but are not required.
How is the price calculated?
From today's fine gold price and the fine weight of your pieces, that is weight times fineness. We show you the calculation before you decide.
Do you pay cash?
Up to 1,000 euros we pay in cash. Above that, Spanish law does not allow cash payments, so we pay by bank transfer.
Do you buy damaged jewellery?
Yes. Bent chains, single earrings and scrap gold have their material value. Stones and pearls do not count towards the metal weight; we discuss them separately.
Do I have to sell if I have my pieces tested?
No. Testing is without obligation. You find out what your pieces are worth and decide for yourself.
